The Healthcare Coalition of Maine is divided in to the following three regional chapters:
Northern Maine
- Serving Aroostook, Hancock, Knox, Penobscot, Piscataquis, Waldo and Washington Counties
central Maine
- Serving Androscoggin, Franklin, Kennebec, Oxford and Somerset Counties
southern maine
- Serving Cumberland, Lincoln, Sagadahoc and York Counties
